- Defrost Hotate overnight in the refrigerator or 30 minutes inside a closed package in cold water.
- Pat Hotate dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the hotate on a sheet of baking paper and bake for 4 minutes at 220 degrees.
- Make the sumiso sauce by mixing the ingredients.
- Coat the hotate with miso sauce and serve.
