Yuzu miso dressing , 125 ml
This yuzu (Japanese citrus) dressing comes from our friend Kohno-san, who also makes our Hokkai miso. Using his miso as a base, he brews a whole range of flavourful condiments, and this is one of our favourites. It strikes the perfect balance between the bright, citrusy freshness of yuzu and the rich, savoury depth of miso.
Drizzle over grilled leeks from the barbecue, blanched broccoli, or a piece of pan-fried white fish.

How to keep: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume within a few weeks.
Founded in 1888 in Maniwa, Okayama, Kono Miso Brewery is a family-run producer dedicated to traditional Japanese fermentation. Kono-san still brews his miso and vinegar in handcrafted cedar barrels, a method practiced by fewer than 1% of Japan's miso producers today. This slow, natural fermentation creates miso of exceptional depth, complexity, and character, resulting in some of the country's most flavourful and highly regarded artisan miso.
