Orders are shipped on the shipping date selected at checkout. This is not the delivery date, but the date your order leaves our facility. Delivery times depend on your location and courier. Once shipped, you will receive a track and trace code from the courier.

We carefully package all products frozen and select the most suitable shipping method based on your location to ensure optimal quality during transport.

Shipping conditions

Acceptance of goods
All shipments must be accepted upon delivery. We cannot compensate or replace goods if a shipment is refused, regardless of the condition of the products.

Availability at delivery address
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If products defrost due to the recipient not being available, compensation cannot be provided. The courier may leave the shipment at your doorstep or with a neighbor at their discretion.

Changes after shipment
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery date or address cannot be changed. We cannot accept responsibility or offer compensation for delays, quality issues, or defrosting caused by changes made after shipment.
