How to order

We want you to enjoy Japanese food at its very best. That is why we carefully plan every shipment and choose the most suitable delivery method based on your location. This ensures your order arrives in top condition, perfectly frozen.

 

Place your order online

Select your favorite products and complete your order through our web shop. Please note that we have a minimum order amount of €85. Shipping costs vary per country and are calculated at checkout.

On the cart page, you will be asked to select a preferred shipping date. Please note: this is not the delivery date, but the day your order leaves our facility.

 

Shipping methods by country

Netherlands & Belgium
  • Pick up in our shop
    Collect your order directly from our store on the selected pickup date.
  • Frozen home delivery with Chill Bill
    Your order is delivered via frozen transport to keep everything at the correct temperature throughout the journey.
Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Luxembourg
  • Delivery with dry ice via GO! Express
    Orders are shipped with dry ice to maintain optimal quality.
Rest of Europe
  • Delivery with dry ice via FedEx
    Your order is shipped with dry ice to ensure it stays deeply frozen. Delivery takes place the next day or the day after shipping, depending on your location.

After shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code from the courier. This email comes directly from the delivery company and includes detailed delivery information and a delivery time frame.

 

Shipping conditions

Acceptance of goods
All shipments must be accepted upon delivery. We cannot compensate or replace goods if a shipment is refused, regardless of the condition of the products.

Availability at delivery address
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If products defrost due to the recipient not being available, compensation cannot be provided. The courier may leave the shipment at your doorstep or with a neighbor at their discretion.

Changes after shipment
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery date or address cannot be changed. We cannot accept responsibility or offer compensation for delays, quality issues, or defrosting caused by changes made after shipment.
