Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to food items once delivered, unless otherwise required by law. Returns of food products are therefore not accepted.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, and in any event no later than 4 hours after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can properly assess the situation.
Complaints must be submitted promptly after delivery no longer than 4 hours after delivery. Complaints submitted late may not be eligible for compensation. We will always aim to handle complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is granted, it will be based on the amount actually paid and issued to the original payment method.
If a coupon, discount code, or voucher was applied to the purchase of multiple items in a single order, the total discount value will be distributed proportionally based on the original sales prices of the items. If only part of the order is eligible for refund or compensation, only the portion of the discount attributable to the affected item will be considered. Any remaining discount value will be forfeited and cannot be reused, refunded, or reactivated.
A coupon, discount code, or voucher has no independent monetary value and will not be refunded separately.
No refunds will be issued for products that have defrosted or deteriorated due to the recipient’s absence, refusal to accept delivery, or delays beyond our control.
This refund policy may be amended or updated without prior notice.
