Okonomiyaki is a savory Japanese filled pancake. It literally means “grilled the way you like it” - and that’s exactly the charm of this popular Japanese street food. You can put almost any ingredient inside, and it always turns out delicious. Our version is packed with delicious seafood.
The pancake is generously topped with mayonnaise, okonomiyaki sauce, other toppings, and the final touch that should never be missed: katsuobushi (bonito flakes).

Ingredients: Vegetables (Cabbage, spring onion, ginger) 46%, water, WHEAT flour, octopus (Octopus spp.) (MOLLUSC), squid (Sepia brevimana) (MOLLUSC), corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, tapioca starch, salt, sugar, fish sauce ( Anchovies (Stolephorus spp.) (FISH), baking powder (E450, E500, E341), pepper, corn starch, rice flour, Bonito (Auxis rochei) (FISH) powder, flavor enhancer (E621), yeast extract, soy oil.

Preparation method: Defrost the Okonomiyaki. Remove the packaging and heat the pancake in a pan on baking paper for 6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Alternatively, for microwave preparation: defrosting is not required. Remove the packaging. Heat the pancake in the microwave at 600 W for 5 minutes.
