The recipe for this salmon burger was created by our Japanese chefs.
It quickly became a beloved choice amongst kids, but adults are equally fond of it. Enjoy it classic-style as a burger, or serve it with some rice and vegetables.

Ingredients: Salmon, Onions, Egg, Butter, Pepper, Salt, Panko, Milk

Allergens: Fish, Egg, Milk, Wheat, Lactose

Country of origin: Norway

Preparation method: Defrost the Sake Burger in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 minutes. Remove the packaging and place the burger on a baking paper–lined baking sheet. Heat in the oven at 180 °C for 5 minutes.

Alternatively, quickly pan fry the burger to add crispiness.
