Sake Burger
Salmon burger│160 grams, 2 burgers
Created by our chefs, this salmon burger is made from the trimmings of the salmon we process ourselves. By using every part of the fish, we reduce waste while keeping all the great flavour.
Delicious on a bun, or served with rice and fresh vegetables for an easy, wholesome meal.

Ingredients: Salmon (Salmo salar, aquaculture Norway) (FISH) 97%, onion, bread-crumbs (WHEAT), EGG, MILK, butter (MILK), salt, black pepper
Allergens: Fish, Egg, Milk, Wheat, Lactose
Country of origin: Norway
Preparation method: Defrost the Sake Burger overnight in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 minutes. Remove the packaging and place the burger on a baking paper–lined baking sheet. Heat in the oven at 180 °C for 5 minutes.
Alternatively, quickly pan fry the burger to add crispiness.
