Yari-ika is Japanese for 'squid' and ours is straight from the North Sea. In Japan, and also in Western cuisine, ika is known for its buttery-soft texture and mild, slightly sweet flavor. This delicacy is perfect for sushi and sashimi, but it also shines in grilled or cooked dishes.
