Akebono Shuzo | Junmai Ginjo (Aged)
Tatsu 3
A Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai Ginjo aged for four years, notable for its refined yet powerful character. The nose shows savory mushroom; the palate brings rich notes of caramel and soy sauce, with hints of nutmeg, star anise, minerals, dried grapes, and cinnamon.
