Ponzu combines soy sauce with vinegar and citrus. 

Traditionally it is served as a dipping sauce: with sashimi, with gyoza, or with shabu shabu. But its versatility extends far beyond Japanese cuisine. It pairs really nicely with  fresh oysters, salads and grilled vegetables. That extra freshness is simply divine!

Ingredients: Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat, Rice), Water, Mirin (Rice, Alcohol, Glucose, Water), Yuzu Citrus Juice, Vinegar, Sudachi Citrus Juice, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Less Than 2% of Hydrolyzed Protein (Soy, Wheat), Alcohol (to preserve freshness), Salt, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Glycine, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.
