Iwashi, the Japanese sardine, is known for its rich flavor and healthy fats. These small fish are packed with nutrients and surprisingly light. The thin breading gives them a crispy crust after frying, perfectly highlighting the pure taste of the sardine. A true izakaya classic, delicious with a cold beer or a fresh salad.

Ingredients: Sardines 70% (Sardinella zunasi, FAO61, trawlnets) (FISH), breadcrumbs (WHEAT), EGG, WHEAT, salt and pepper

Preparation method: Remove the Iwashi Fry from the packaging. Defrosting is not required.
Deep fry the sardines at 180 °C for 3 to 4 minutes.
