How to order:
Place an order as usual on our website and select “Pick-up in Berlin..." when choosing your delivery method.
- Minimum order amount is €85
- When choosing your delivery method, select “Germany" as the country, then choose “Pick-up in Berlin...". We also offer pick-up in other locations, so please make sure to select the correct location.
- Please place your order by Sunday, July 12 (including).
- Please pay online when placing your order. If we are unable to confirm your payment, we will not bring your order to the location on the day.
After placing your order
- You will receive your pick-up number by email a few days before the event. Please mention your pick-up number and your name when collecting your order.
- Please be sure to come on time. If you are unable to come to pick up within the specified time, we will not be able to wait. If you don't com within the time, your order will be take back to our company.
Please note:
- We will only bring the orders that have been placed in advance. Please note that you will not be able to purchase any other items on the spot that have not been ordered.
- We do NOT bring any dry ice to be handed out to customers. The goods are handed to you in a cardboard box. Please bring your own way to keep goods frozen after pick-up, like a cool box.
