  • Mekabu 2 packs
  • Tako 1 pc
  • Hon Maguro Akami 1 pack (200g)

Preparation

  1. Cut the octopus and tuna into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the mekabu, octopus, and tuna in a bowl, mix with the mekabu sauce provided, and leave in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  3. Arrange on a nice plate.
  4. If you like a stronger flavour, add soy sauce to taste.
