Yet today I choose one of my favorite products: Shio Saba. This salted mackerel is very tasty itself and can be put in the oven directly. I like to serve this fish with some rice and beans in garlic butter and soy sauce. It doesn’t get much easier and tastier than this. “Preparation
- Defrost the fish for 30 minutes in the package in cold water
- Preheat the oven at 230 ℃
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package
- Cook the green beans al dente for 5 minutes
- Put the fish in the oven for 7 minutes
- Chop and bake the garlic in plenty of butter
- Add the green beans and soy sauce and stir fry at high heat for a couple minutes
- Serve the fish with rice and beans.
