Chef’s recipe: Mentaiko butter baguette

Preparation
- Preheat the oven on 220 degrees.
- Cut the baguette in pieces and spread out 1 tsp Mentaiko butter on each slice.
- Bake in the oven for 2 min.
- Sprinkle with cut chives and lemon zest.

You can also add grated cheese on top!
