Introduction
With our 'Buri no Kirimi' and 'Hokkai Teriyaki Sauce' you can very easily make your own Buri Teriyaki.Preparation
- Defrost the yellowtail fillets. Soak them water for about 20 minutes.
- Pat the yellowtail dry. Gently remove any excess moisture.
- Season the fillets. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- Lightly dust both sides of the fillets with flour.
- Place the fillets in the frying pan and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Turn off the heat and add 50ml of teriyaki sauce and 2 tablespoons of water (optional), stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve. Plate the dish and enjoy!
