Ingredients

  • 150 grams Nori Tsukudani (seaweed marinated in soy sauce)
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 40 gr of butter
  • 160 gr grated young mature cheese
  • 2 spring onions
  • Fresh basil

Preparation

  1. Thaw the Nori Tsukudani in the packaging in cold water.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃.
  3. Spread the butter on the bread and top with the seaweed.
  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sandwiches.
  5. Bake the bread in the oven for about 2 minutes until the cheese has melted well.
  6. Top the rolls with toppings of your choice, such as spring onion, basil and shiso leaf.
