How to order?

  • Register

    Please register your name and address here. Your address is then assigned to the appropriate delivery route. Registering does not mean that you have to order every month. You only place an order when you want to.

  • Newsletter

    Upon registration, you will receive an e-mail. With this e-mail we ask your permission to send you the monthly newsletter. Check the box in this e-mail to receive the monthly newsletter with information about the delivery, special offers, etc.

  • Shopping

    After you receive the newsletter we are ready to receive your order. Go to www.hokkai.com , log-in with your username and password, and start shopping online. If you want, it is also possible to order by filling out an Excel sheet. In that case, log-in to www.hokkai.com , go to “my account”, and download the sheet from there.

    We recommend you place your order between receiving the newsletter and before the ordering deadline. Of course, you can order at any time you like, but products’ prices and availability are subject to change.

  • Receive your order

    Time to receive your order! Please choose an address where you know you will be available, like your home or your work place. Check out our website for tasty recipes and fun tutorials.

Delivery

In some parts of the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France, our Hokkai drivers will deliver your order at home. If you do not live on one of our delivery routes, a courier will deliver to your home. See below for the differences between the two delivery methods. Please note: if you are not logged in, our website will default to Ship by courier options.

  • For an order between €75 and €100 the delivery costs are €7,50 within the Netherlands
  • For an order between €100 and €135 the delivery costs are €5 within the Netherlands
  • For an order more than €135 the delivery costs are €2,50 within the Netherlands
  • For an order between € 100 and € 150 the delivery costs are € 14,00 outside of the Netherlands
  • For an order between € 150 and € 200 the delivery costs are € 9,00 outside of the Netherlands
  • For an order more than € 200 the delivery costs are € 6,50 outside of the Netherlands

* We determined a minimum order amount for our orders, because we deliver the orders with special trucks for freezing transport. The use of freezing transport is necessary to guarantee the quality of our products.

* The delivery costs for courier differ from those of our own delivery service. This is due to the fact that the courier ships our products by airplane.

Hokkai Suisan has been delivering freshly frozen fish products to Japanese families all over Europe for almost 30 years.
