Ingredients

  • Mentaiko (Spicy pollack roe) butter
  • ½ Baguette
  • 10g Chives
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven on 220 degrees.
  2. Cut the baguette in pieces and spread out 1 tsp Mentaiko butter on each slice.
  3. Bake in the oven for 2 min.
  4. Sprinkle with cut chives and lemon zest.
