Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put the potatoes in a pan with cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat as soon as the water is boiling and let the potatoes boil for 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add the Mentaiko, milk, salt and butter to the potatoes.
- Thoroughly mix the ingredients with a spoon.
- Put the Mentaiko potato on a plate and garnish with cherry tomato and spring onion. Meshiagare and stay tuned for more recipes!
