We will be accepting pick-up orders from those living near Hannover.

How to order:
Place an order on our website and select “Pick-up at Parking lot of Leonardo Hotel…” when choosing your delivery method.
*Order deadline is Sunday, October 27th, and minimum order amount is 100euros.
*We are also offering pick-ups to customers in Berlin and in Halstenbek/Hamburg, so please make sure you choose the correct location.
*Please log in on www.hokkai.com before placing an order to select “Pick-up at Parking lot of Leonardo Hotel…” as delivery method.
How to pay:
Pay online when placing your order or by bank transfer. Please make sure to pay by Sunday, October 27th.

* We do not provide dry ice, so please bring an appropriate freezer bag if necessary.
* We will only bring the orders that have been placed in advance. Please note that you will not be able to purchase any other items on the spot that have not been ordered.
* Please make sure to pay in advance. If we are unable to confirm your payment, we will not bring your order to the location on the day.
* Please be sure to come on time. If you are unable to come to pick up within the specified time, we will not be able to wait. If you don’t come within the time, your order will be taken back to our company.
