Hokkai Survey
A new year with new opportunities! With Hokkai Suisan we are always looking for ways to improve our products and services. That’s why we asked you to fill in the Hokkai Survey. If you have not yet been able to fill in the survey, you can do so via the link below. The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 5 minutes. New in our assortment: Saba Ramen
In December we added: Saba Ramen to our assortment! After a long search, we found the most delicious Ramen made in mackerel broth. Choose which variant you try first: Saba Ramen Shoyu (reduction of soy sauce) or Saba Ramen Miso (fermented soy bean paste). The noodles can be on the table in no time and you can top them off with, for example, nori, wakame and fresh scallops and shrimps. It’s delicious!
Offers in January
This month we are offering Sake no Kirimi (salmon fillets) and Ikura (salmon roe) for sale. With our salmon fillets you can go in any direction: bake the salmon with vegetables or prepare it in the oven with just a little salt and pepper. Salmon roe is an exclusive delicacy in Japan and is delicious as sushi or ikura-don (a scoop of ikura on top of a hot bowl of rice).
