Fishy memory no.3

Some of the good items we tried in Japan.

 

Different kinds of Chikuwa. We received chikuwa from “Marusa Chikuwa” as a souvenir.

 

 

A friend of our family back home in Japan, gave us some of his best self-caught Aji (horse mackerels). Their size was enormous, almost 40 cm from head to tail. Eventhough it is often said that, the bigger the fish the faintier the taste, these Aji tasted absolutely amazing.

 

 

We found “Aji no Hiraki” flabor chips in Imaihama, Izu, Japan.
